New Vinyl deck hotel luggage cart

Have you seen any other different luggage cart in hotel? The big bellman cart we see in hotel lobby, most of them are colored carpet with different finished frame which are widely used in hotel in all over the world. 

However, we have a new vinyl deck luggage cart, which looks very luxury and high class for star hotel. Do you know vinyl material? Vinyl material is kind of chemical ingredient which made similar as PVC, but more Environmental protection than PVC. It can easily to machining, to make different shape and different color. 

The Advantage of this material is Vinyl deck is more easy to clean, water and dirty proof as well. This is the opposite with carpet deck for bellman cart, carpet deck luggage cart easily dirty, and not waterproof, if someone take  some drinks with carless on the carpet, then this carpet may have destroyed. But vinyl deck material luggage cart can avoid this problem.

Of course, there are also some disadvantages of this vinyl deck bellman cart, this deck may scratched after long time used, it may looks not perfect enough. If clients with very high standard of appearance of hotel bellman cart, the deck options may have to consider seriously. 

Besides of the vinyl deck, everything are same as our normal luggage cart, it also can customize by client request, but more expensive. 

In hotel market, commonly use material is 304 stainless steel, but may use different thickness of the tube and dia. most of our large bellman carts use 1.0mm thick with 50mm diameter 304 stainless steel, it’s very durable thick tube for a luxury stainless steel hotel luggage cart, and it can be used more than5 years at least.

In addition, one of the difference between carts is frame finished, normal finished option can be  titanium gold, polished and brushed, different finished cost different, it’s no doubt that titanium gold finished will cost more than polished and brushed. However, most of the clients prefer titanium gold finish, since hotel owner would more like gold decorate their hotel, titanium gold  bellman cart will more fit for their hotel decoration, and looks more grandeur.

New hotel vinyl deck bellman cart may be the new option for hotel owner to choose a bellman cart for their hotel, not only carpet luggage cart.
